1095 - ACA Reporting Notice

Under the ACA’s original reporting rules, employers were required to provide written statements to each employee that had health care coverage for that year. However, employers are no longer required to send Forms 1095-B and 1095-C to covered individuals unless a form is requested. All data is now on the W-2 for taxes.
