
Today is the last day of classes for grades 7-12. To celebrate, the 7th graders are enjoying a day full of outdoor activities with their teachers! A very special thank you to Oscar's Smokehouse for their donation of hamburgers and rolls and to New Way Lunch for their donation of hot dogs and rolls for a barbeque! We are grateful for their support of our students!!

The Senior National Honor Society would like to recognize James Wallace as today’s featured senior. The son of James Wallace and Angela Wallace-McGowan, James ranks 9th in his class and has been involved in many activities throughout his high school career including Drama Club (Fall and Spring Productions), Cross Country, Track & Field, Computer Club, and Yearbook Club. He plans to attend the Culinary Institute of America to pursue a career in Culinary Arts. Congratulations and good luck in all your future endeavors, James!

Congratulations to Kaylie Powers. She was recognized at last night's Board of Education meeting for her outstanding contributions to the 5th Grade Battle of the Books competition and for her exemplar work ethic in her school work, athletics and activities that she is involved in. Congratulations Kaylie!


Today’s featured senior for National Honor Society is Julia Quintal. The daughter of Reigan and Joel Quintal, Julia ranks 6th in her class and has been involved in a variety of activities throughout her time in high school including Art Club, Master Singers, the school Musical, and Art Commission work. She plans to attend a SUNY school to major in Graphic Design and would love to become a comic artist in the future. Congratulations and good luck, Julia!

The Senior National Honor Society would like to recognize the 5th member of the Top Ten in the Class of 2021 as Bryce Vaisey, son of Crystal and Wendell Vaisey. Bryce has been involved in a variety of activities during his time in high school including Varsity Tennis, 4H, Quiz Bowl, and the school Musical. He plans to attend SUNY Potsdam in the fall to major in Political Science and would like to go to law school in the future to become a licensed attorney. Congratulations and good luck, Bryce!


Congratulations to the Varsity Softball team on a great season! While they didn’t win today, we are extremely proud of the great season they had!! They lost in a hard played game, 9-8 in 8 innings.

Amber Prosser is today’s featured senior for National Honor Society. The daughter of Mindy Wood and Jesse Prosser, Amber has been a model student during her career at Warrensburg. She has been involved in Cheerleading, Book Club, babysitting, and a variety of other activities during her time in high school. In the future, Amber plans to get a good job and save up money. The Warrensburg Softball team won the quarterfinal match-up today against Spa Catholic 4-2. We will now advance to the semi-finals on Saturday against Chatham. The game will be played at Chatham Middle School at 1 pm. Go Lady Burghers!!!!!!! #wstrong #burgherpride

Eric Sherman is today’s featured senior for National Honor Society. The son of Tammy and Jimmy Sherman, Eric has been striving for excellence throughout his career at Warrensburg. He has been involved in a variety of sports including Varsity Soccer, Basketball, and Track & Field, and plans to attend SUNY Adirondack with the pursuit of a degree in Physical Education. Nick Parker is today’s featured senior for National Honor Society. The son of Justin and Danielle Parker, Nick ranks 10th in his class and has been involved in many activities during his time at Warrensburg including Varsity Ice Hockey, Cross Country, Track and Field, Drama Club, Band, Chorus, Jazz Band, and Master Singers. He plans to attend Binghamton University in the fall to major in Physics and will continue staying active throughout his life. Congratulations and good luck, Nick!
