The Warrensburg Central School District is pleased to announce the top ten graduates of the class of 2019.

WALTER “CHARLIE” WEICK earned the distinction as the class valedictorian. He was a member of the varsity soccer team and basketball team, National Honor Society, played the tenor sax in the band and jazz band, and was enrolled in the WSWHE BOCES New Visions Engineering program this school year. He will attend Santa Clara to study mechanical engineering. Charlie is the son of Laura and Paul Weick of Warrensburg.

NHU LE earned the distinction of class salutatorian. She was a member of the varsity volleyball team, a member of the National Honor Society, and participated in Junior Statesmen of America. She will attend the University at Albany to study pre-dentistry. Nhu is the daughter of Tan Le and Thanh Phan of Warrensburg.

NOLAN McNEILL earned the distinction of class honor student. He is a member of the varsity wrestling team, National Honor Society, Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD). Nolan will attend Syracuse University on an ROTC scholarship to pursue a degree in political science. Nolan is the son of Jackie and Dan McNeill of Lake George.

ISABELL PETERS earned the distinction of class honor student.  She was a member of the varsity volleyball team, Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD), participated in Junior Statesmen of America, and was a scorekeeper for the wrestling team. She will attend the Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School. Isabell is the daughter of Jason and Ellen Peters.

EVAN MacDUFF was a three sport varsity athlete playing football, basketball, and baseball. He will attend the University at Albany. Evan is the son of Brian MacDuff of Warrensburg.

HANNAH WEST was a three sport varsity athlete playing volleyball, softball, and cheerleading. She is a National Honor Society member, and president of the Warrensburg Students Against Destructive Decisions Chapter (SADD). She will attend SUNY Adirondack. Hannah is the daughter of Karen Wescott and Dennis West of Warrensburg.

JENNA COMBS is a National Honor Society member and served as secretary to the school’s chapter, and played the trombone in the high school band. She will attend SUNY Adirondack to pursue a degree in history. Jenna is the daughter of Craig and Lee Combs of Warrensburg

MAIRINA CALLAHAN was a member of the varsity field hockey team, a cheerleader, and participated in drama club. She will attend SUNY Oneonta to pursue a degree in nutrition and dietetics with a minor in Spanish. Mairina is the daughter of Beth and Kevin Callahan of Diamond Point.

PEYTON OLDEN was a member of the varsity baseball and basketball teams, and is a National Honor Society member. He will attend the University of Nevada to pursue a degree in pre-medicine. Peyton is the son of Suzanne and Larry Olden of Warrensburg. 

ADAM ALLEN participated in drama club, was a member of the Quiz Bowl team and member of the National Honor Society. He also was a percussionist with the school band and served as the band’s vice president. He will attend SUNY Adirondack to pursue a degree in physics education. Adam is the son of Mikelean and Matt Allen of Warrensburg.
