Studies from the US Department of Education show the use of effective technology in the classroom improves, among other things, student motivation, self-esteem, the ability to accomplish more complex tasks and the acquisition of needed 21st century technical skills.
It is the goal the WCSD technology team and the Business Education teachers to provide the opportunity for students to learn the essential skills needed to succeed in the workforce and/or college classrooms.
Junior /Senior High School students will be able to take essential coursework in Keyboarding, Computer Literacy, Desktop Publishing, Web Design, e-Commerce and Web 2.0. Each of these courses are designed to prepare your student with employable and academic skills needed in today's global society.
