CAREER PLANNING 8th grade four year plan meetings. We meet with parents and their eighth grader to discuss their high school plans plus their future post high school plans. The Home and Career teacher shows them how to use www.careercruising.com which has an interest inventory on it. 10th grade we give the PLAN which is a sample of the ACT (see college planning). Each year the Guidance Counselors meet with every student to talk about their future plans. 11th grade college planning In the Junior year parents are once again invited to be part of their child's college counseling. 12th grade interviews Counselors meet with the students to talk over their exit plans whether it is going to college or starting a career.
