The Warrensburg Jazz Ensemble and Senior Band earned top ratings of "Superior" at the Music In The Parks Festival on May 28th. The young musicians performed for a panel of adjudicators in the morning, and then enjoyed the afternoon at Six Flags New England.  At the awards ceremony in the evening, both groups took home first place trophies. Allie Squires was awarded the outstanding soloist medal for her mallet solo with the jazz band.  The trip was paid for by the students and various fundraisers held throughout the year.
